About

Two companies, one mission, structurally independent.

Sphuran is a multi-domain research organisation. Grevoro is a separate product company. Both are committed to making sustainable manufacturing measurable, attestable, and economically real.

Sphuran

The research organisation

A multi-division systems-research organisation. Domains include advanced materials, machine topologies, hybrid processes, computational design, computation and electronics, energy and transport, community technology (medical, food, water), and systems integration.

SIDK is one research output of this work - a data-anchoring kernel used internally across several Sphuran research domains for six years before becoming the substrate for an external commercial product.

Sphuran does not sell SIDK. The partnership with Grevoro is mission-aligned, not transactional. Sphuran wants impact.

Grevoro

The product company

Builds and operates GREMI - the first product taken to market on SIDK. Maintains GREMI's roadmap, runs the commercial relationship with Tenants, and provides the Engineers who provision and configure each Tenant's instance.

Starting with steel. The architecture supports expansion into cement, aluminium, pharma, agri, and other verticals - each as a new pack on top of the same kernel.

Grevoro's first deployment is at Topworth Steel, accessed through Amalgam Group's investment in Grevoro.

What the separation looks like in practice

The structural separation gives the trust chain an unusually clean answer to the structural-conflict-of-interest question. The entity running SIDK's signing keys, verifier registry, and DID infrastructure has no commercial stake in any specific carbon claim made by GREMI's Tenants. This was not designed as a moat; it is a property of how the two companies arose, and it is a stronger argument because of that.
